Thank you for shopping with Mugs.fail. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be produced and delivered.

Order Processing & Production

All products are made to order using print-on-demand services through Printful.

  • Production time: Typically 2–5 business days

  • Production begins shortly after your order is placed and cannot be canceled once started

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier.

Estimated Shipping Times (after production)

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Rates are based on destination, product type, and shipping method

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Mugs.fail is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned due to address errors

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your order as:

  • Delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly

  • Lost in transit, contact us within 30 days so we can assist with a claim if applicable

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on production location.
