Refund & Return Policy for Mugs.fail

Effective Date: January 1st, 2026

At Mugs.fail, all products are made to order using print-on-demand services. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


All Sales Are Final (Print-on-Demand)

Because our products are custom-made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size, color, or design chosen by the customer

  • Items ordered by mistake

This policy follows Printful’s print-on-demand rules and Shopify’s POD best practices.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect due to a printing or fulfillment error

How to Report an Issue

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos showing the issue

  3. Email us at: support@mugs.fail

Once verified, we will coordinate with Printful to issue a replacement or refund.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method

  • Or as a replacement item (at our discretion)

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered production, which typically occurs shortly after purchase.
